What to expect at your first visit
We believe dental visits should feel calm, respectful, and thorough — never like a sales pitch.
From the moment you walk in, you'll notice this office moves at a different pace. There's no rushing, no assembly line.
You'll be greeted by name, shown to a comfortable room, and given time to settle before anything starts.
For patients who carry anxiety into dental appointments — and most people carry at least a little — we've heard more than once that this is the first office where they actually felt relaxed.
We use gentle techniques, take our time with freezing, and check in throughout every procedure.
If something doesn't feel right, we stop. It's that simple.
Appointment Length
New Patient Exams and Cleanings for adults are usually scheduled for approximately 90 minutes, and children 60 minutes.
If it's been several years since your last visit, or if advanced gum care is recommended, treatment may be completed over multiple visits to ensure it's thorough and comfortable.

If treatment is recommended beyond hygiene, we'll explain your options clearly and provide you with treatment cost estimates before you book an appointment.

Insurance & Payment
We provide direct billing to most major insurance providers, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Before booking your treatment, we will send a pre-determination to your insurance provider and give you an estimate of costs.
We bill as per the provincial fee guide — never above. Payment is due at time of service for uninsured portions.

Cancellation policy
We understand that schedules change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
